Redding Munsell will be taking over the role of Harrison Abbott, beginning with the Friday, April 12 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”
Munsell replaces Kellen Enriquez, who has played the son of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Tara Locke since May 2021.
Enriquez appeared for the final time in the role during the Wednesday, March 20 episode, a standalone episode of the daytime drama series in which Claire (Hayley Erin) imagines what life would have been like had she never been separated from the Newman family.
Redding appeared in the film, “Red, White, and Blue,” which was nominated this year for Best Live Action Short Film at the 96th Academy Awards. The film stars Brittany Snow as Rachel, a poor single mother who has to go out of state due to a change in American law preventing her from getting an abortion in her home state. Redding plays Jake, one of Rachel’s two children.

Actor and producer Allison Williams has been gracing our screens for nearly two decades. Slasher films are known for their one-liners, both the badass and the embarrassing. Dr. Loomis in the "Halloween" series, Freddy Krueger in the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" series, Ghostface in the numerous "Scream" flicks, Pinhead in the "Hellraiser" films, and just about everything Chucky has ever said throughout his franchise have all birthed quotes as memorable as the characters who say them. In the delightfully silly "Freddy vs Jason," one of the most infamous lines is not spoken by either slasher icon or even the film's final girl, but by the secondary character Kia, played by Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child.
When Kia comes face to face with Freddy Krueger, she doesn't cower in fear -- she mocks him. Freddy Krueger thrives on fear, and by choosing to humiliate him instead, she defangs him quite a bit. She spends much of the movie being mouthy to everyone anyway, so...

We’ve all made the “Cop Rock” jokes. The Steven Bochco musical drama, which premiered in fall 1990, was a big swing: marrying original music with procedural storytelling. It was a colossal flop that we still talk about three decades later, and a reminder that musicals are hard.
Music has been a part of the TV landscape going back to the 1950s and shows like “Your Hit Parade.” But few series have successfully integrated regular music performances into their storytelling: “The Monkees” and “The Partridge Family” worked in the 1960s and ’70s. “Fame” did it in the early ’80s. And then “Cop Rock” scared people off the concept.
The 1990s animation boom incorporated music in shows like “The Simpsons” and “Animaniacs.” But not until the 21st century did scripted series really figure out how to make musical numbers work as part of the narrative. “Flight of the Conchords” did it with satiric tracks,...

Brittany Snow is opening up about one of the “hardest mental health challenges” she has faced in the past year and how she has relied on her friends for support.
Although Snow doesn’t reveal too many details, the American Dreams alum filed for divorce in January of this year from husband of two years Tyler Stanaland. The couple had announced they were separated four months prior amid drama stemming from the Netflix reality series Selling the Oc.
“In the past year I went through probably the hardest mental health challenge I’ve ever faced. In one day, in a matter of hours, my life turned completely upside down,” Snow told Bustle. “I was blindsided and every thing I thought I knew, held sacred and truly trusted in my life was completely different.”
Snow continued, “A couple days later my grandmother passed away and I think every thing I knew about mental health was tested.

Paris Hilton is a name that is synonymous with the word “famous.” The heiress to the Hilton hotel empire has been in the spotlight for over two decades, from her infamous reality show to her fragrance and fashion lines.
In 2009, however, she made an unexpected guest appearance on the popular TV series, Supernatural, playing a fictionalized version of herself. Despite her limited acting experience, Hilton impressed the show’s creator, who praised her for being a “hell of a good sport.”
Paris Hilton starred in an episode of ‘Supernatural’
In Supernatural Season 5, Hilton appeared in the fifth episode titled, “Fallen Idols.” In the episode, Sam and Dean Winchester, the show’s protagonists, investigate a case where famous people’s dead bodies are coming back to life and killing their fans. This post contains spoilers for "The Last of Us" season finale.
"The Last Of Us" capped off an excellent first season this week with a finale that hewed closely to its source material in major ways -- with one obvious exception. Before Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Joel's (Pedro Pascal) story could end (for now), viewers were given a look at how Ellie's story began, with a harrowing childbirth sequence starring none other than the games' original Ellie voice and performance capture actor, Ashley Johnson.
Johnson plays Ellie's mother, Anna, who dies just after giving birth to her daughter and getting bit by a feral infected person in the process. While Johnson's guest appearance is very welcome, fans may balk at the scene's potential explanation for Ellie's immunity, which comes at the last minute and is never scientifically explained. It turns out, though, that the Anna sequence has been a part...

Now that The Last of Us has wrapped its first season on HBO Max, you probably have a few questions. Fortunately, series showrunner Craig Mazin and creator Neil Druckmann (who wrote the Sony Playstation Game on which the series is based) answered a few burning ones about the first nine episodes without giving anything away about season 2 (boo!). At least there will be one!
In the meantime, the duo talked about some of the decisions they made in season one, like bringing on Ashley Johnson (who originated the role of Ellie Williams in the video game series), how the infected zombies seemed to disappear as the series went on, and how important it is for Bella Ramsey (the show’s Ellie) to finish what she’s started.

Enjoy golf? You will simply love this. And if you aren´t a fan, this can be appreciated because Full Swing puts us in the skin and lives of these pros beyond the apparent tranquility of a world that is anything but… peaceful.
Eight really entertaining chapters full of luxury, interviews, oddities and anecdotes about golfing that present this sport as a little more than mere sport and bring us close to a world that few of us were aware of, and which from now on, will be much more interesting.
In the same vein as Break Point (this one was about tennis), in this series we are taken on the great tournaments and players, also new players in another generation that leaves Tiger Woods behind, who seek to carve a space for themselves in the history of the sport.
This series is very entertaining and, above all, is not focused exclusively for golfers.

After two years with Melbourne comedy podcast network Sanspants Radio and after doing pilots at Southern Cross Austereo in 2020 as well as being a 2Ser radio segment in 2021, cult news comedy podcast News Fighters will join Dan Ilic’s A Rational Fear podcast feed as a monthly show starting in 2023.
“With the Queen dead, Scott Morrison gone and Barnaby on the backbench, there's just not enough dumb material to do a weekly show anymore” said News Fighters host/producer Dylan Behan. “Doing the show monthly be much more sustainable - and Dan’s all about sustainability!”
Added A Rational Fear creator/host Dan Ilic:
“Dylan Behan has a brutally satirical eye, and that eye is forced to watch a lot of news… which is why it’s also very swollen, and red. Rather than see a doctor, part TV editor, part cyclops, Dylan Behan, is bringing News Fighters to the A Rational Fear feed.

HBO Max is developing a dramedy about a murder trial that boasts Bill Lawrence among its executive producers, Variety has learned exclusively.
Titled “12 Rocks in a Box,” the series centers on Suzannah Weaver, who is described as “a self-described ‘Murderista’ obsessed with true crime.”
Per the official logline, Suzannah is “thrilled to find herself on a jury for a high-profile Las Vegas murder trial. But Suzannah soon begins to suspect that not all is as it seems with this case, and a DIY investigation leads her to believe that the killer may indeed be in the courtroom every day…and it isn’t the man on trial.”
Todd Berger will write and executive produce the project, with Sherri Cooper Landsman and Jennifer Levin also executive producing. Bill Lawrence, Jeff Ingold, and Liza Katzer of Doozer Productions will also executive produce. Warner Bros. Television will produce, with Doozer currently under an overall deal at the studio.

Following its launch earlier this month in Malaysia, streamer Aha is set to bow in Singapore and the Middle East.
The service, currently available in the Telugu and Tamil languages, will also begin offering Malayalam-language content with an eye on the Middle East expansion, where a migrant population that speaks the language abounds.
Operated by Arha Media and Broadcasting, the Telugu-language service began in Jan. 2020 and the Tamil service followed in February this year. Malaysia, where there is a large Tamil-speaking population, was a logical next step, with four originals by local filmmakers in Malaysian Tamil, where the inflexions are slightly different from the Tamil spoken in India. Singapore, which also has a significant Tamil population, will follow.

Judd Apatow and Michael Bonfiglio have created the extreme fan-boy documentary of counterculture comedian George Carlin’s life, times and personal struggles. It’s jam-packed with juicy bits, particularly highlights of Carlin’s memorable routines like his timeless riff on environmental doomsayers: for decades, he joked that “the planet is fine,” people not so much (“the planet will shake us off like a bad case of fleas”). Hilarious, driven, able to change with the times, obscene, the wiry Irish Catholic New Yorker appeared 130 times on Johnny Carson over a fifty year career, and inspired comedians from Chris Rock to Stephen Colbert – and, of course, Apatow.
Born in Manhattan in 1937 and dead from long-term cardiac problems in Hollywood in 2008, Carlin gets the behind-the-music treatment. His heavy-handed father was a loquacious drunk. The W.C. Film financier Peter Samuelson and showrunner-director Jonathan Prince have joined forces to launch PhilmCo, a production and distribution banner designed to produce socially-conscious movies and TV shows with a built-in philanthropic component.
Samuelson and Prince are working with private investors to fund the development of a range of projects that are about to be shopped to studio and network partners. The content backed by PhilmCo will focus on issues and causes that allow creative partners to build in calls to action to address the problems illustrated by the story.
Prince said issue-oriented content in the past has rarely taken the step of directly connecting audiences to charitable donations or social actions to capitalize on awareness. A Traction and Arclight Films production, Big Nickel is produced by Traction’s Jason Tamasco and Zak Kristofek. Executive producers include Arclight Films’ Gary Hamilton, Ryan Hamilton and Ying Ye.

Following Pearlena Igbokwe’s elevation to chairman of Universal Studio Group in September, Erin Underhill has been named president of Universal Television, where the longtime NBC exec will oversee the studio’s production and look to expand its output.
“Throughout her 20-plus-year career at NBCUniversal, Erin has been involved with some of our company’s most iconic shows. Her extraordinary instincts for story are unmatched and valued by her team and she has earned the unqualified respect of all our producers,” said Igbokwe. “She brings a deep understanding of the industry and our studio business as well as a high level of emotional intelligence to this role. I’m excited to see her build upon what she has already contributed to the Universal Television legacy.”
Underhill has been with NBC for two decades, joining in 2000 and working at both the studio and the network, on both the comedy and drama sides.
