This included the return of one of the "forgotten" characters; Benny Wilmott who had gone out for some sugar in 1966 and failed - until this special - to return. The show was a send up of the usual Crossroads, and none of the 'plots' featured were discussed or followed up in the following more regular editions of the soap.
